Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with senior leadership responsibilities.
• California labor laws and multi-state employment compliance knowledge required.
• HR certifications such as SPHR, PHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead all HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and training.
• Advise leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, coaching, and talent management.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performing culture.
• Oversee leave administration, workers' compensation, and regulatory compliance across states (with focus on CA).
• Oversee recruiting to attract and retain top talent and use HRIS data to inform decisions.
• Develop and mentor the HR team and continuously improve HR systems and policies.
