Job summary

Redwood Materials in McCarran, NV is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner & Talent Management to drive organizational effectiveness and scalable people programs across manufacturing, operations, and commercial teams.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a small team of HRBPs, partner with C-suite, design leadership development, succession planning, and talent reviews, and translate business strategy into people solutions that accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic People partner to the COO, CCO, and their leadership teams, helping shape organizational strategy, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and talent priorities.
• Partner with executives to align people strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth, performance, and workforce effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, change management, employee relations, and team effectiveness.
• Lead a small team of HR Business Partners supporting our manufacturing facilities and coordinate with peers supporting technology and corporate functions.
• Build relationships across all levels to ensure people strategies mirror operational realities.
• Develop plans to address workforce risks and opportunities aligned with long-term business goals.
