You will partner with senior executives, drive One HR across COEs, shape organization design, succession, and workforce planning, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with business goals.

Strong executive presence and global HR leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

12+ years global HR leadership with HRBP/PXP scope.
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
Global travel up to 25%.
Mandarin Chinese a plus.
Experience with org design, talent, analytics, and succession.

Responsibilities

Translate strategies into a multi-year global people plan.
Lead regional portfolio execution with cost and capability focus.
Drive One HR collaboration across COEs and regions.
Architect future-fit organization designs and lead change.
Develop leader capability and calibrate pay-for-performance.
Provide prescriptive analytics on engagement, attrition, and productivity.
Embed inclusion and values into talent lifecycle globally.
