Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Head of People to serve as the senior HR leader for a rapidly growing consumer products manufacturing organization. The role will partner with executive leadership to shape and execute a broad people strategy across multiple U.S.

locations, reporting directly to senior leadership. The organization values business-driven HR, employee engagement, and scalable processes as it expands its manufacturing and corporate populations.

Qualifications

• Define and execute the organization's people strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession, and transformation.
• Coach senior leaders on engagement, leadership effectiveness, talent management, and development.
• Lead initiatives across performance management, compensation, culture, and development.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and complex workplace issues across locations.
• Drive engagement and retention strategies and foster an inclusive culture.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, programs and best practices across locations.
• Support recruitment strategy for leadership and business-critical roles.
• Collaborate with site HR teams and operations to address workforce needs.
• Lead change management as the organization scales; ensure HR compliance.
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive strategic decisions.
• Manage and develop the HR team for high performance.
