Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking an accomplished HR leader to act as a key member of the HR Leadership Team, reporting to the Global Head of HR.

You will drive enterprise-wide HR priorities, align HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations, and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will oversee strategic planning, governance, executive communications, talent reviews, HR transformation programs, and operational execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR, business operations, strategy, or program management.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and governance processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Strong presentation and leadership material development experience.
• Willingness to travel ~20% and to work from Midtown Atlanta three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Head of HR to set annual planning and priorities.
• Develop data-driven dashboards to track organizational trends and progress.
• Translate data into executive narratives and communicate impact.
• Create strategic presentations and board-level materials.
• Coordinate HRLT operating rhythm and governance forums.
• Prepare for enterprise reviews and leadership planning activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR governance and operations.
