Acuity Inc. is seeking a Director of Early Talent Programs to shape the future workforce across the U.S., Mexico, and Ireland, with initial focus on these regions.

The role oversees university partnerships, internships, co-ops, and rotational programs, collaborating with business leaders and HR to position Acuity as an employer of choice for emerging talent. The position can be located anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates in the Atlanta area, and will involve travel to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in global talent acquisition or early-career programs.
• Experience designing, scaling, and managing talent programs across regions.
• Experience with HR technologies, ATS platforms, and campus recruiting tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a global early talent strategy across regions.
• Expand programs: internships, co-ops, leadership rotations.
• Monitor pipeline quality from recruitment to conversion.
• Build university and partner relationships.
• Lead campus recruiting to strengthen employer brand.
• Partner with Marketing to develop campus campaigns and content.
• Plan campus events and on-site experiences.
• Drive programs and conversions to full-time roles globally.
