Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Talent Management Partner to design, execute, and continuously improve enterprise talent processes across HR, leadership, and analytics.

You will partner with global stakeholders to enable data-informed talent practices, support performance reviews, succession planning, internal mobility, and development. The role offers flexibility to work from home anywhere in the U.S. with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5–7 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise talent practices including reviews and succession.
• Ability to manage complex work and coordinate stakeholders.
• Analytical with dashboards, HR platforms, reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and change enablement skills.
• Trusted partner focused on growth and internal mobility.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise talent processes including performance management and succession.
• Partner with HR and leadership to enable data-informed practices.
• Develop tools, templates, dashboards, and leader resources.
• Coordinate annual talent activities and readiness materials.
• Analyze talent data to identify themes and development opportunities.
• Support program adoption, change communications, and data governance.
• Embed inclusive, values-driven talent practices.
