Job summary

Acuity Eye Group is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with management and staff to support business objectives through comprehensive HR services—including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations—while aligning with the organization’s goals.

The role requires strong HR guidance, investigations, and compliance knowledge across regulations. You will lead performance management, culture, and data-driven HR operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management and employees to support objectives with HR services.
• Provide HR guidance and policy interpretation to line management and employees.
• Manage employee relations matters from intake to resolution, collaborating with HR leadership and Legal/Compliance.
• Conduct investigations into complex employee issues and recommend resolutions.
• Maintain investigative records and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, FEHA, DOL).
• Oversee performance management, coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with onboarding, recruitment, and retention efforts.
• Perform HRIS data entry and generate reports.
