Job summary

Acuity is seeking a General Manager - Talent to provide strategic leadership of talent acquisition, performance, and retention within our Human Resources function. This senior role will help shape HR strategy, foster employee engagement, and ensure legal compliance while aligning talent operations with overall business objectives.

This role reports to the General Counsel/Vice President - Human Resources. Internal Deadline to Apply: November 16, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent strategies aligned with long-term goals.
• Establish and enforce HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee recruitment to attract top talent.
• Advise on employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee performance appraisal and improvement plans.
• Design and implement employee training and development programs.
• Plan employee dialogues and surveys to assess engagement.
• Utilize data analytics to generate actionable HR reports.
• Develop and manage HR department budget.
• Lead and mentor HR staff to foster high performance.
• Oversee HR administration and records.
