Job summary

Learning Care seeks a Director, Human Resources Business Partner (West) to serve as the primary strategic HR partner to the SVP, Schools and division leadership. You will translate business priorities into executable people strategies to strengthen performance, leadership capability, and talent readiness across a geographically dispersed field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 7 years in a strategic HRBP or advisory role.
• Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed operations with diverse employee populations.
• Preferred experience leading talent strategies for hourly and frontline workforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to the SVP, Schools and division leadership team, understanding field operations and aligning people strategy with objectives.
• Provide executive counsel on organizational effectiveness, structure, culture, and workforce risk with scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute workforce, succession, retention, and talent plans to strengthen leadership readiness and engagement.
• Coach senior leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, accountability, and talent development.
• Lead division HR support, coordinating resources and delivering integrated solutions across functions.
• Represent HR in leadership forums and drive strategic projects for the division.
