Ascend Learning is seeking a Director HR to align business objectives with employees and management, crafting strategies that foster development and drive innovation in a dynamic learning organization.

You will lead HR programs, guide commercial teams, and champion workforce planning in a hybrid Burlington, MA environment with US-wide remote options. Candidate should bring strategic HR leadership and strong stakeholder influence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field with relevant experience
• 10+ years of HR experience
• Experience as a strategic HR leader
• HR functions: talent development, succession management, organization development, employee relations
• Strong consulting and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex projects in a large, fast-paced matrixed org
• Proficiency with data-driven HR approaches
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
