Cambium Learning Group is seeking a seasoned HR leader to join the senior leadership team as a strategic partner to the division president. You will shape organizational design, talent strategy, and change management while staying hands-on with employee relations and leadership coaching.

In this Remote First environment, you will drive proactive HR initiatives, collaborate across PX centers of expertise, and guide workforce planning to support growth and transformation across our education

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience
• Proven track record in organizational design and effectiveness
• Experience guiding change management initiatives
• Experience in workforce planning and future talent planning
• Strong business and financial acumen; HR as a business partner
• Ability to translate complex business issues into HR solutions
• Trusted advisor to senior leaders with strong stakeholder management

Responsabilités

• Serve as a senior HR leader on the SLT, shaping people strategy to enable business goals.
• Drive goal alignment across the unit and enterprise, translating plans into workforce needs.
• Partner with leaders on annual planning and budgeting for human capital.
• Plan staffing models blending people, AI-enabled work, and optimal location strategy.
• Lead organization design, restructuring and scenario planning for future needs.
• Lead skill gap analysis and succession planning with leaders.
• Advise on compensation decisions and participate in calibration with Total Rewards.
• Coach leaders to build a culture where employees feel seen, valued and supported.
• Support DEIB initiatives aligned to the broader organization.
• Provide data-driven insights and action plans to improve outcomes.
