Ascend Learning is seeking a Director HR to align business objectives with employees, while crafting and executing HR strategies that drive organizational development and innovation. You will lead talent development, succession planning, and employee relations, guiding our culture and performance across a national footprint.

The role is hybrid with a Burlington, MA base; remote work within the United States may be considered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field; high school diploma or GED may be required
• 10+ years of HR experience
• Proven strategic HR leadership with a track record of productivity and success
• Experience in talent development, succession planning, organizational development, and employee relations
• Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust at all levels
• Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to change
• Ability to manage complex projects in a large, fast-paced, matrixed organization
• Ability to leverage data to drive insights and actions
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
