Learning Care Group is seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner (West) to act as a trusted strategic HR partner for division leadership, aligning people strategy with business priorities and field operations. You will influence organizational effectiveness, leadership capability and workforce readiness across dispersed sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years HR experience with at least 7 years in a strategic HRBP role and 3–5 years of people leadership.
• Proven success advising senior leaders and delivering measurable organizational outcomes.
• Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed operations and diverse employee populations.
• Experience leading talent strategies for hourly and frontline workforce.
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to the SVP, Schools and division leadership team and align people strategy with objectives.
• Provide senior leadership counsel on organizational effectiveness, structure, culture, and workforce risk.
• Develop and execute integrated workforce, succession, retention, and talent plans.
• Coach senior leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and performance.
• Lead division HR support, coordinating HRBPs and partnering with Centers of Excellence.
• Lead division execution of talent processes including planning, performance, succession, leadership development, and engagement.
