Job summary

Revel IT is engaged to lead the Director, HR Process Transformation & Project Management on the East Coast. The role oversees end-to-end planning for transitioning Job Requisition creation and HR Data Management processes into Oracle Fusion, with governance cadence, knowledge transfer, and cross-functional coordination across TA Operations and HRDM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a project management or process transformation leadership role.
• Experience managing system implementations or transitions involving Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plan for the transition to Oracle Fusion and HRDM.
• Develop and manage integrated timelines for training, milestones, resourcing, knowledge transfer, go-live readiness, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with TA Operations, HRDM, Immigration/Global Mobility, and local country teams to resolve escalations and maintain schedule.
