Job summary

KPMG LLP is actively seeking a Director for Oracle HCM within its Consulting practice in the United States. This role focuses on leading Oracle Cloud HCM projects, including strategy, implementation, and SaaS optimization across IT operations and business processes.

The position requires extensive Oracle HCM ERP experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 100% as needed. Collaboration across service lines and active business development involvement are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of Oracle HCM ERP experience with leading implementations and upgrades.
• At least one year leading Oracle HCM implementations and upgrades.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience managing large projects and teams with clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong client services orientation and active project execution.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring and team-building abilities.
• Travel may be up to 80-100%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM projects involving strategy, implementation, and SaaS optimization for IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity.
• Support business development activities such as identification and proposal development at clients.
• Collaborate with resources from other service lines/industries.
• Lead day-to-day activities of Fusion Advisory engagements, including process design and lifecycle support.
• Supervise and manage staff performance on engagements.
• Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost policies.
