Job summary

Revel IT in New York, NY, seeks a Director, HR Process Transformation & PM, onsite, to lead the ERP/HCM transition to Oracle Fusion. You will own end-to-end project plans, governance, and cross-functional coordination across TA Ops, HRDM, and Global Mobility for a smooth transition to the new platform.

Responsibilities include international Pending Hires management, SOP creation, and a structured knowledge transfer program with training and readiness criteria to ensure effective handover.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a project management or process transformation leadership role.
• Experience in HR operations, HRIS, or business process management.
• Oracle Fusion is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end project plan for the transition of HR data management and related process changes.
• Develop and manage integrated timelines, training, milestones, resourcing, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with TA Operations and HRDM to keep implementation on schedule and aligned with business goals.
• Direct PM of Pending Hires for International populations with cross-functional coordination and escalations.
• Establish governance cadence with status reporting, escalation paths, and milestone tracking.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for new HRDM processes, including Job Requisition in Oracle Fusion.
• Implement a knowledge transfer strategy with training, shadowing, and readiness criteria.
