Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Director of HR Process Transformation & Project Management in New York, NY. You will lead the end-to-end transition from SAP SuccessFactors to Oracle Fusion HCM and manage governance, training, and readiness for global HR data processes.

You will design future-state processes, document requirements, and coordinate knowledge transfer across domestic and international teams while driving successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management or process transformation leadership.
• Experience in HR operations, HRIS, or business process management.
• Experience managing HR system implementations or transitions involving Oracle Fusion.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end project plans for HR data management processes transition.
• Develop and manage integrated timelines covering training, milestones, resourcing, and go-live readiness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Ops, HR Data Management, and other SMEs to stay on schedule.
• Evaluate HR processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
