Job summary

TSR Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an Analyst for Human Resources Data Management to help transition ERP and HCM systems to Oracle Fusion. The role focuses on HR data integrity, error log analysis, and transactional HRIS operations across a global footprint.

The ideal candidate has HRIS data operations experience, knowledge of international HR governance, and the ability to troubleshoot integrations while keeping employee records accurate during system transformation. On-site LA-based role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs to identify, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Manage and troubleshoot daily integrations, including SuccessFactors, and perform corrective updates to maintain data integrity.
• Update and correct employee records, including Contingent Worker data, ensuring consistent data across systems.
• Administer tickets in ServiceNow and partner with global HR stakeholders to resolve issues and document outcomes.
• Support HR transactional processes across the employee lifecycle, including hire, transfer, and termination.
• Adapt to evolving project needs, reprioritizing tasks and independently executing day-to-day responsibilities with sound judgment.
