Revel IT is seeking an Analyst, Human Resources Data Management (West Coast) to support the ERP/HCM transition to Oracle Fusion. You will analyze error logs, update employee records, and ensure data integrity across systems while adhering to international HR governance and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight, collaborating with a global team of HR professionals.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Solid understanding of core HR concepts, including the employee lifecycle.
• General HR knowledge to hiring, termination processes.
• Attention to detail and effective communication is essential when partnering with global teams.
• Experience with HRIS, transactional duties across HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs to identify, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Update and correct employee records across systems to maintain data integrity.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in employee data through strong attention to detail.
• Apply knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Understand core HR concepts, including the employee lifecycle, in daily tasks.
• Maintain and administer records for Contingent Worker employees.
