Job summary

Revel IT is seeking an Analyst, Human Resources Data Management on the West Coast to support the transition of ERP and HCM systems to Oracle Fusion for a Los Angeles client. The role focuses on analyzing daily Oracle Fusion error logs, correcting employee records, and ensuring data integrity across HR systems while complying with international HR governance and regulatory requirements.

• Working knowledge of HRIS Systems.
• Strong knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Solid understanding of core HR concepts, including the employee lifecycle.
• General HR knowledge to hiring, termination process, the process for hiring a worker.
• Should have worked in HRIS, this work will have several duties that are transactional.
• Attention to detail is important, and effective communication is a must as they will partner with team members globally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs to identify, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Update and correct employee records in response to identified errors, ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to maintain a high level of accuracy in employee data.
• Apply strong knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Possess a solid understanding of core HR concepts, including the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain and administer records for the Contingent Worker employee type.
• Operate independently with minimal oversight, exercising sound judgment in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems and underlying data structures.
