Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to develop HR strategies and solutions.
• Ensure delivery of HR programs and services with HR results.
• Establish strong relationships with HR partners across Practice Areas and Service Centers.
• Be the ambassador of HR to represent services to the business.
• Manage and leverage resources and finances within scope of delivered project services.
• Facilitate and implement change; ensure day-to-day activities move forward.
• Manage resource planning to support leadership needs.
• Understand critical success factors and challenges for the business segment within AbbVie.
• Use data to weigh HR decisions and options across units.
• Identify trends and drive improvements aligned with business initiatives.
• Assist in diagnosing and delivering HR strategies and services and ensure compliance with policies.
