• Create innovative, research-based guidance in multiple formats (writing, video, infographics, podcasts).
• Deliver tailored advice to CHROs and senior HR leaders via video presentations and discussions.
• Track vendors, trends, and AI practices to stay ahead in AI-driven HR tech space.
• Prepare and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts and contribute to research discussions.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery and research quality.
