Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal's Healthcare Industry Group seeks a Director to lead end‑to‑end M&A diligence, integrations, and value‑creation initiatives for healthcare clients. You will collaborate with deal teams, finance, HR, and IT, driving hypothesis development and data‑driven decision making.

You will guide senior stakeholders, model complex scenarios, and oversee project delivery while mentoring analysts. This role requires ownership, client engagement, and a track record in healthcare consulting.

Qualifications

• We seek an entrepreneurial, collaborative leader with healthcare consulting or related experience.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis skills are essential.
• Ability to manage complex engagements, coach staff, and interact with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end engagements: due diligence, integrations, and separations.
• Develop hypotheses on value levers in M&A transactions for clients.
• Conduct interviews with senior stakeholders and analyze financial data.
• Support Day 1 planning, operating model design, and transaction execution.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project teams, including budgeting and billing.
