enGen is seeking a Senior leader to drive interoperability across payer and provider ecosystems in North Carolina. You will champion data exchange, ensure robust HL7/FHIR integrations, and lead production data platforms with a focus on reliability and quality. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Health Informatics or related field
• 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic roadmap and execution for healthcare data exchange, bridging payer and provider tech ecosystems.
• Ensure robust data integration using HL7 V2, FHIR to support clinical workflows and population health.
• Manage operations and staff, including hiring decisions, coaching, performance, and budget considerations.
• Oversee data platforms and quality controls, drive cost-efficient production and continuous improvement.
• Support data consumers with access and troubleshooting to ensure timely, accurate information delivery.
• Deliver production assets (sources, datasets, APIs, feeds, BI tools) timely and reliably.
• Act as liaison to data governance, engineering teams, and external partners.
