Job summary

enGen seeks a seasoned leader to drive healthcare interoperability and data exchange strategy across payer and provider ecosystems. You will champion HL7/FHIR standards, oversee data platforms, and align IT delivery with clinical workflows and quality targets.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, policy implementation, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and external partners to ensure reliable data delivery and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT, health informatics, or related field.
• 7 years in Data Analytics in healthcare IT.
• Healthcare interoperability experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare data exchange strategy across payer/provider ecosystems.
• Ensure data integration using HL7/FHIR to support clinical workflows.
• Oversee staffing, coaching, and performance management in the department.
• Maintain production data platforms with IT partners and ensure quality control.
• Support data end-users with access and troubleshooting.
• Deliver data assets (sources, curated datasets, APIs) timely and accurately.
• Coordinate with data governance and external plan partners.
