• Ensure robust data integration using HL7 V2 and FHIR to support clinical workflows and payer-provider alignment.
• Oversee operations; manage hiring, coaching, budgets, and staff performance.
• Monitor and support data platforms; drive quality control and cost reduction in delivery.
• Support end users with data access and troubleshooting to ensure timely information.
