Job summary

You will guide data platforms, governance, and analytics to support case management, utilization management, risk programs, and claims workflows.

The role emphasizes data quality, API access, and actionable insights, with leadership responsibility for teams, budgets, and strategic partnerships. Office-based in California with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Health Informatics or related field.
• 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic roadmap and execution for healthcare data exchange leveraging payer/provider tech ecosystems.
• Ensure robust data integration using HL7 v2 and FHIR to support clinical workflows and payer-provider alignment.
• Manage department operations, hiring, coaching, and budget planning to sustain high performance.
• Oversee data platforms and QA processes; drive cost-efficient quality and continuous improvement.
• Support data end-users with access, awareness, and troubleshooting for reliable information delivery.
