Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead interoperability initiatives and governance. You will define technical roadmaps for enterprise-scale data and interoperability solutions, leveraging modern data lakehouse architectures and cloud-native services.

The role requires expertise in healthcare data exchange standards (FHIR/HL7) and experience with API development, DevOps, and IaC. Hybrid office environment and cross-functional collaboration with executive stakeholders are involved.

Responsibilities

• Interoperability & Architectural Leadership: advise on provider & payer interoperability initiatives and govern enterprise-scale solutions.
• Domain & Standards Expertise: apply HL7 v2/v3, CDA/CCD, FHIR standards.
• Data Lakehouse & Cloud Ecosystems: design using GCP Dataproc, Kafka, Airflow, Iceberg, BigQuery.
• Application Integration & Development Standards: guide REST APIs, Java, Python, Spark, SQL.
• DevOps & Infrastructure Governance: establish GitHub repos, YAML, Terraform IaC.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Roadmap Planning: translate requirements into architecture runway; present designs.
