Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Health Informatics or related field
6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Master's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field preferred
7+ years in Data Analytics
10+ years in healthcare interoperability and clinical data exchange
15+ years in Healthcare IT delivery with provider and payer experience
5+ years shaping and executing healthcare technology strategy

Responsibilities

Lead strategic roadmap and execution for healthcare data exchange across payer and provider ecosystems
Ensure robust data integration using HL7 V2 and FHIR standards
Oversee hiring decisions, coaching, performance management, and staff development
Manage and improve production data platforms and quality control processes
Support data consumers with access, awareness, and troubleshooting
Deliver production assets (data sources, datasets, APIs, feeds) reliably
Coordinate with data governance, engineering, and IT partners
Perform other duties as assigned
