Harris Computer seeks a Director, Health Plans to own key health plan accounts in a remote US role. You will manage the full lifecycle from relationship development to growth, retention, and renewal without a dedicated support layer, leveraging data to drive decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in client-facing roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• Analyst-caliber background with ability to work with data (Excel, SQL, BI tools) to build insights independently.
• Experience in a startup or lean, high-ownership environment.
• Proven account executive, customer success, or related client-facing role with commercial outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own the full account relationship for health plan clients, serving as account executive and success owner.
• Run accounts, build analyses, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage in proactive check-ins to identify opportunities for upsell and retention, and monitor renewals.
