Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Implementation Health.
• Lead data, analytics, and ML initiatives behind health assessment.
• Translate product usage and telemetry into actionable health metrics.
• Influence executives across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing.
• Scale the framework across Salesforce cloud products and platforms.
