Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the strategy and roadmap for data exchange, APIs, and integration capabilities across healthcare ecosystems.

You will lead 4–5 Product Owners, drive regulatory alignment, and partner with executive leadership to prioritize interoperability initiatives and investments. This role focuses on improving patient access and care coordination.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
4+ years hands‑on experience with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks (HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA).
3+ years experience with cloud‑based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the long‑term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through launch and retirement.
Develop KPI and ROI analyses to support product initiatives and track adoption, revenue, and outcomes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
