Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability in the United States. You will define the product vision, manage a team of 4–5 Product Owners, and drive APIs, data exchange and interoperability across healthcare ecosystems.

You will partner with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Customer Success and Leadership to translate market needs into scalable healthcare data solutions, ensuring secure, compliant information sharing and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management or related Healthcare tech fields.
• 5+ years leading product teams and portfolios.
• 4+ years with HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12 and related standards.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS, APIs or healthcare data products.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance and Clinical teams.
