Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare data exchange. You will lead a team of 4-5 Product Owners and partner across clinical informatics, engineering, and business leaders to deliver compliant, secure interoperability solutions.

This role focuses on HL7, FHIR, APIs, and standards-driven data sharing to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency within a complex healthcare

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management or related healthcare tech fields.
5+ years leading product teams and complex portfolios.
4+ years with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA).
3+ years cloud, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration tech.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
Develop business cases, KPIs, and ROI analyses for initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
