Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the product vision and roadmap across data exchange, APIs and interoperability platforms. You will lead a team of Product Owners and collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Customer Success and executives to translate market needs into scalable solutions.

The role focuses on HL7, FHIR and other standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, data integration, and improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management, Healthcare technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
4+ years of hands-on experience with HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA.
4+ years delivering product strategies with measurable outcomes.
3+ years working with cloud platforms, APIs, data platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses.
Define product KPIs and measure performance across adoption, revenue, and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
