Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the vision and roadmap for healthcare data exchange. You will lead a team of Product Owners and collaborate with Engineering,Clinical Informatics, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to deliver scalable, compliant interoperability solutions.
This role focuses on HL7, FHIR, APIs, and emerging standards to improve patient access, provider workflows, and care coordination across ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Product Management within healthcare tech or interoperability.
- 5+ years leading product teams and complex portfolios.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, APIs, and data products.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for health data interoperability.
- Lead a team of Product Owners and collaborate across Engineering, Clinical Informatics, and leadership.
- Drive interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and APIs to enable secure data exchange.
- Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses for initiatives.
