Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for interoperability solutions in healthcare. You will manage 4–5 Product Owners and drive outcomes across data exchange platforms and APIs.
You will partner with executives to align priorities, build business cases, and measure success through adoption, revenue growth, and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management within healthcare tech or interoperability.
- 5+ years leading product teams and complex portfolios.
- 4+ years with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA).
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and data integration.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization and retirement.
- Drive capabilities that improve clinical data integration, patient access, provider workflows, and interoperability across ecosystems.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Product Owners.
