Job summary
CVS Health is hiring a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare data exchange solutions. You will lead a team of 4–5 Product Owners and work with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Customer Success, and executives to translate market needs into scalable solutions that improve connectivity and outcomes.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Tech, or Interoperability.
- 5+ years leading product teams and complex portfolios.
- 4+ years with HL7, FHIR, APIs, CDA, X12, TEFCA.
- 4+ years delivering measurable business outcomes.
- 3+ years with cloud platforms, APIs, data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and retirement.
- Partner with executives to set priorities and investments in interoperability products.
- Drive KPIs for adoption, revenue growth, and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams.
