Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management or related healthcare tech.
• 5+ years leading product teams.
• 5+ years building enterprise SaaS products.
• 4+ years with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA).
• 4+ years delivering measurable business outcomes.
• 3+ years with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in lifecycle management, roadmaps, market analysis, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap.
• Identify market opportunities in healthcare interoperability.
• Drive innovation aligned with customer needs and industry standards.
• Partner with executives to set strategic priorities and investments.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Prioritize investments based on value, impact, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, and ROI analyses.
• Define KPIs and measure adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams.
• Engage with customers and partners to validate direction.
• Serve as executive product leader for interoperability initiatives.
