CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to craft the strategy and roadmap for healthcare data exchange solutions. This role heads a team of 4–5 Product Owners and partners with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, and Transformation leaders to deliver compliant, scalable interoperability platforms.

You'll translate regulatory requirements and customer needs into scalable products, drive KPI-based leadership, and collaborate across the enterprise to

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Tech, or Interoperability.
5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare portfolios.
4+ years with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.).
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and retirement.
Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams.
