Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the vision and drive the roadmap for healthcare data exchange. You will lead a team of Product Owners and partner with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Customer Success, and executives to translate market needs into scalable interoperability solutions.

The role focuses on HL7, FHIR, APIs, and data exchange standards to improve patient access, provider workflows, and outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in product management or healthcare technology with interoperability focus.
5+ years leading product teams and complex portfolios.
5+ years building enterprise SaaS, API, or healthcare data products.
4+ years working with HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA and related data exchange tech.
3+ years with cloud platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration.
Strong executive communication and cross‑functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the long‑term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability.
Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through launch and retirement.
Prioritize investments based on value, impact, and regulatory requirements.
Develop business cases, KPIs, and ROI analyses for initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams.
