Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare data exchange. You will lead a team of Product Owners and work with engineering, clinical informatics, and leadership to deliver scalable interoperability solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

The role requires deep expertise in healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), enterprise SaaS, APIs, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
• 5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
• 5+ years building and scaling enterprise SaaS, platform, API, or healthcare data products.
• 4+ years with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks, including HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, roadmap development, market analysis, and portfolio prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
• Prioritize product investments based on customer value, business impact, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses to support product initiatives.
• Define product KPIs and measure performance through adoption, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes.
