Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, healthcare tech, or interoperability.
• 5+ years leading product teams in enterprise SaaS or data products.
• 4+ years with HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA and related data exchange tech.
• 5+ years building scalable data products and APIs.
• 3+ years cloud-based platforms and healthcare integration tech.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with EHR platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends related to healthcare interoperability, data exchange, patient access, and care coordination.
• Drive product innovation aligned with organizational objectives, customer needs, and healthcare industry standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish strategic priorities and investment decisions for interoperability products and platforms.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
• Prioritize product investments based on customer value, business impact, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses to support product initiatives.
• Define product KPIs and measure performance through adoption, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes.
