Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare data interoperability solutions. This leader will manage a team of 4–5 Product Owners and drive APIs, data exchange platforms, and integration capabilities.

Working with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Customer Success and executives, you will translate market needs and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions that improve connectivity,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
• 5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
• 5+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS, platform, API, or healthcare data products.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks, including HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA, and related healthcare data exchange technologies.
• 4+ years demonstrated success developing product strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• 3+ year of experience with cloud‑based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, roadmap development, market analysis, and portfolio prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses to support product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
