Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an IT leader to direct the Automation and AI product portfolio, defining vision and priorities for scalable RPA solutions across the enterprise.

You will mentor engineering, architecture, and applications teams, drive end-to-end delivery from concept to deployment, and improve revenue cycle and clinical workflows while maintaining security and reliability across Healthcare IT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Epic certification or Automation Anywhere/UI Path within 6 months.
• 10+ years in information systems, design, and execution in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for automation and AI product portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to deployment and optimization.
• Apply healthcare revenue cycle and clinical operations expertise to design workflows.
• Partner with IT, operations, and vendors to align requirements and priorities.
• Mentor engineering and architecture teams and ensure KPI-driven improvements.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, governance, and change management.
