You will guide relationships from launch through adoption, renewal, and expansion, defining goals, success metrics, and ROI while coordinating across executive, clinical, and technology stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant roles within healthcare or health tech, with strong executive communication and multi-team program leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including healthcare or health tech.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Implementation, or related strategic role.
• Experience owning complex accounts across adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Guide complex relationships from launch through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Define customer goals, success measures, risks, growth opportunities, and ROI plans.
• Build trust across executive, operational, clinical, and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate governance, decisions, timelines, and workstreams across Assort and the customer.
• Translate customer needs into feedback for Implementation, Product, and Engineering.
• Travel up to 25% for executive meetings and onsite partnership work.
