Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics in Miami, FL seeks a Director HCP Insights to lead primary market research for hidradenitis suppurativa, translating insights into brand strategy, messaging, and targeting. You will oversee end-to-end market research, monitor shifts in the HS landscape, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access.

The role reports to the Vice President Marketing and requires strong leadership in research design, data synthesis, and stakeholder communication to inform

Qualifications

• 6+ years in primary market research or HCP insights
• Experience designing end-to-end primary market research across qualitative and quantitative methods
• Experience in immunology/dermatology or inflammatory diseases preferred
• Experience managing external research vendors and agencies with scope, methodology, budget, and QC

Responsibilities

• Lead HCP insight generation for HS and inform brand strategy and messaging
• Design and lead end-to-end primary market research initiatives
• Test concepts and messages to validate value proposition
• Monitor competitive intelligence and integrate into strategy
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access to translate findings
• Support long-range and launch forecasting with insights
• Manage external vendors and budgets for timely insights
• Continue ongoing insight generation post-launch
