Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics seeks a Senior Manager Patient Insights HS to generate actionable insights into hidradenitis suppurativa patients. You will translate business questions into a focused research plan and independently manage qualitative and quantitative studies from design through recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of market research or insights experience in biotechnology or healthcare.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Experience in HS, dermatology, immunology or specialty/chronic disease areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify priority HS questions and design a research plan.
• Independently manage HS patient research, from design to recommendations.
• Develop HS patient segmentation and translate into audience priorities.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional teams with concise narratives.
• Integrate primary/secondary data and field feedback into actionable insights.
• Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and compliance for research programs.
