Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics seeks a Senior Manager Patient Insights HS to generate actionable insights into hidradenitis suppurativa patients. You will translate business questions into focused research plans and independently manage qualitative and quantitative studies.

The role integrates patient insights into brand strategy, launch planning, segmentation, messaging, and campaigns. You will partner with Marketing, Patient Services and Medical to synthesize evidence, inform strategy, and guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Advanced degree preferred (MSc, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative HS patient research from design to recommendations.
• Develop HS patient segmentation and translate into audience priorities.
• Partner with Marketing, Services, and Medical to inform launch decisions.
• Define patient insight KPIs and track changes over time.
• Manage research budgets, agencies, scopes, timelines, and compliance.
